How do I send email when I'm not directly connected to IgLou?

If you are an IgLou customer and are using another Internet provider for your access, our mail servers will need to know who you are before access is granted to send email through our servers.

There are two ways to do this:

1) Use our web based email client at http://webmail.iglou.com.  This will allow you to send and recieve mail from your IgLou account.

2) Enable SMTP Authentication in your email software.  By authenticating with our mail server, your email will be accepted.  Instructions for enabling SMTP authentication can be found here.
