Configuration instructions for Blackberry email can vary slightly between models, but these should be accurate for most versions.

1.  From the Blackberry home screen or Tools menu, click BlackBerry Setup > Set up Internet E-mail > Add An Email Account.

2.  Type your IgLou email address and password and click Next.

3.  If your BlackBerry device cannot determine the appropriate server settings, click I will provide the settings to add this email account.

4.  Scroll down and click Next.

5 . Select Internet Service Provider Email (POP/IMAP) and click Next.

6.  Type your User name (for example, johndoe@iglou.com).

7.  Scroll down and enter the Email Server as imap.iglou.com and set the server type to IMAP.

8.  Click Next.

9.  Click OK to complete the set up.

10.  If you use Outlook, Outlook Express or any other mail client to read mail, you should also configure that software to use IMAP in order to have your email syncronized properly with your Blackberry email.  IgLou's Webmail automatically uses IMAP and will syncronize with your Blackberry email.
