1) Use IgLou's web-based email reader at http://webmail.iglou.com/. It functions like normal email software but also leaves the messages on the IgLou server so that you can download them at home as well.
2) If you have an email client that will handle mutliple mailboxes (such as Outlook Express, Eudora, or Pegasus Mail) it can be set up to check your email at IgLou. The one catch with this method is that normally once you download your mail it is removed from our server and you wouldn't be able to download it again at home. Assuming that you do eventually want to get the same messages at home you would need to configure your mail client at work to not remove the messages once downloaded.
