1. Click on the "Start" button in the lower left.
2.Click on "Programs".
3.Double click on the "Communications" icon.
4.Double click "Remote Networking"
5.Double click "Make New Connection"
6.Enter a title for the connection (for example, "IgLou").
7.Click on "Next".
8.You should see "Select a Modem". Make sure your modem is listed.

9.Click on "Configure" to proceed.
10.Select your respective baud rate. The rest of the options should be as seen below.
11.Click on the "Call Options" tab and make sure it looks like this:
12.Go Back to "Make New Connection" and click on "TCP/IP Settings" screen. It should look like this:
13.Enter the following IP Numbers for Iglou's DNS servers and check "Log on to network". Make sure your settings look like this:
14.Clicking on "OK" should take you back to the program group
15.Next, we should try the new connection we just created.
16.Double click on your connection icon (IgLou).
17.Hopefully, this screen will appears and you should enter the correct information for your own account:
These screens should appear after you hit "Connect".
If you don't get the following "User Authenticated" screen, then the login didn't complete.
